The Cowabunga Splash Park—is the largest zero-depth splash park in America! Spanning an area equivalent to 36 full-size pickleball courts, The Cowabunga Splash Park is packed with exhilarating water features, including a real seaplane from the Florida Keys and a full-size fire truck reimagined with water geysers!

This one-of-a-kind aquatic playground was designed for young children with inclusion, sustainability, and safety at its core. The Cowabunga Splash Park offers a water play experience like no other—accessible, immersive, and fun for all abilities.

After more than three years of careful planning, eight custom-designed architectural layouts were developed in collaboration with the industry’s three premier water playground companies creating one unified splash park system—an incredibly complex feat that was executed with great success to bring our guests summertime joy like no other!

Highlights include:

  • A zero-depth design for safe, worry-free fun
  • An 8,000-gallon submarine-like containment system with recirculating water technology that conserves resources such as water and energy while enhancing the splash-tastic experience
  • A state-of-the-art UV water treatment system that will ensure pristine water quality and guest health – it is simply the most eco-friendly and safest water system
  • Thoughtfully curated features designed to promote sensory, motor, and social play, enriching the experience for every guest

The Cowabunga Splash Park isn’t just a splash pad—it’s a reimagined water play destination where sustainability meets innovation, and community meets joy.

I love Davis Farmland and so do my kids! We have visited many times. It’s very clean, all the employee are wonderful and all the attractions are well thought out, safe, and fun for the kids. It’s got more of a classic fun feel to it rather than new/fake/plastic like some kids places can be, just good old fashioned outdoor fun with animals!

Keep in Touch!
