Guests are welcome to bring a packed lunch. Complementary tables are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. We ask that you not use tables for birthday parties and/or hold them for extended periods of time so that other guests may enjoy them too. Guest celebrating a special occasion may reserve a Party Package with reserved tables. Please properly dispose of all trash and clean-up your tables after eating. No alcohol, grills, or glass containers, please. Cooking on-site is strictly prohibited.

No, we do not store or have refrigeration for birthday parties. Please plan ahead for packaging and storage of your food, drinks, and cake. Due to health and food safety standards, we cannot store food that has been brought into Davis Farmland by guests. We recommend bringing a cooler to keep your food cold. We do provide wagons that can be used to bring coolers, cake, party supplies to and from your car.

Yes, Davis Farmland will have set up tablecloths on the party tables. The party host can bring decorations. The party host will be able to setup 10 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled party tent time. We do not permit latex balloons, piñatas, sound systems, or confetti inside of the farm as they are a safety hazard to the animals.

At the end of your scheduled birthday tent time, all party supplies, food, drinks, and guests must leave the party tent. Wagons are provided to transport party supplies and gifts to your car. You and your guests are welcome to stay and play at Davis Farmland all-day.

A final guest list is required and needs to be submitted to birthdays@davisfarmland.com the Thursday before your party. All adults and children attending the party must be listed on the final guest list.
